Ripening period: early (110–120 days) Growth strength: vigorous Frost resistance: up to –23°C Disease resistance: under study Purpose: table form Description of the variety Ramses - a very promising hybrid form of grapes selected by Viktor Mikhailovich Kalugin, which is distinguished by large clusters, giant elongated berries and high marketable qualities. The bushes have great growth strength and high yield. The form is well suited for obtaining spectacular marketable grapes due to the size of the berries and the beautiful appearance of the clusters. The clusters are of beautiful conical shape, medium looseness, weighing 700–1200 g. The berries are very large, elongated, up to 52 mm long, weighing 20–35 g. The color of the berries is white, with a slight pink tint. The pulp is dense, fleshy and crispy. The taste is harmonious, varietal, pleasant. Sugar accumulation can reach up to 20 Brix. Thanks to the giant berries, high yield and good presentation, Ramses is an excellent marketable grape variety.
